Sin Yee, our unstoppable Business Development Manager at Nomad Adventure, is a bundle of energy and innovation. Whether she’s bringing kids to camp, training staff, managing sales, writing programs, or even ordering equipment, she’s the heartbeat of the team, keeping everything running smoothly with style.

Her Nomad adventure began as an intern in 2014, and by 2016, she was fully immersed as a salesperson. With a forestry background, Sin Yee originally aimed to protect forests, but at Nomad, she found her true passion empowering young minds to appreciate and protect the natural world. Watching her groups grow, thrive, and have life-changing experiences is what drives her every day.

One of Sin Yee’s absolute favorite traditions at camp? Jungle Disco Night! It’s the one night where everyone can ditch the formalities, dance like nobody’s watching, and just let loose. It’s chaotic, fun, and unforgettable a perfect reflection of Sin Yee’s vibrant energy.

Her outdoor adventures are equally memorable. The time she spent in Nepal camping under the stars and bonding around campfires with colleagues-turned-friends is one of her most cherished experiences.

Looking to the future, Sin Yee’s ultimate adventure dream is to take on the Mongol Rally. She’s all in for driving an old, unreliable car across unpredictable countries—talk about living on the edge!

Fun fact: Sin Yee has a hidden talent for calligraphy, a surprising hobby for someone who’s always on the go. Her friends describe her as quick-thinking, always asking “why?”, and finding creative solutions to every problem.
